Jonathan is the founder of Development Consultancy, HLME.

Formerly a resident of Essex, He has over 20 years experience in residential and mixed used development having previously worked for a major national house builder in a wide variety of roles including Land, Planning, Development and Technical functions.

Jonathan holds a Ba(Hons) degree in Architecture and brings to the panel a wide range of practical experience and knowledge covering the inception, creation, execution and long term management of a wide range of different development types delivered using a variety of different construction systems.

Throughout his career Jonathan has led the planning, design and project teams on several high profile, multiple award winning medium and large scale developments and has been involved in a number of projects within both the Essex area and surrounding Counties.
