Apeksha is a sustainability consultant and is currently working with Greengage Environmental in the UK in the ESG and Net Zero team. She has over 17 years of experience in sustainability across multiple geographies. At Greengage, she has been conducting embodied carbon and operational carbon assessments as well as helping real estate companies with developing their net zero strategies. Previously, she has worked on the client side by delivering deep energy retrofit in social housing projects and on the consultant side as well by working with integrated design teams on building and urban planning projects.

She is a registered architect from India, holds a MSc in Sustainable Building Technology from the University of Nottingham. She also holds a PhD from Cardiff University. She is also a BREEAM International assessor and a Certified Passivhaus Designer. She has also previously worked with the BRE on various renewable energy feasibility and energy efficiency projects in Wales.
