Rosie Follett

Rosie joined Place Services as an Assistant Urban Design Consultant in September 2024 after working as a Graduate Planner for a private consultancy for a year.  She graduated from Leeds Beckett University in July 2023 after completing a four-year integrated Masters Planning degree. Over the four years, Rosie has expanded her knowledge in planning, while growing an interest for urban design.

At Place Services, Rosie's role is to support the Built Environment team on a range of projects and provide urban design advice for proposed developments across Essex and within other districts.  Rosie is looking forward to promoting urban design principles to help shape sustainable developments which improve the quality of life for communities.

In addition to her role at Place Services, Rosie serves as the Panel Coordinator for the EQRP, working alongside the local authorities across the country to deliver a bespoke design quality review service.
