With over 19 years’ experience in the housing, mixed-use and regeneration sectors, Carl has both designed and delivered a series of successful and award-winning projects, ranging from large-scale masterplans to smaller bespoke buildings. A number of Carl’s current projects are operating at the forefront of residential design innovation including pre-fabricated modular homes, large scale custom-build communities and regeneration projects imaginatively integrating homes alongside workplaces, leisure, education and retail.
